What shipping methods do you offer?
United States Deliveries
We ship all orders by the United States Postal Service (USPS). We ship Ground Advantage with tracking, Priority and Express. Estimated delivery times for orders shipping within the U.S. according to USPS for Ground Advantage is 3-5 delivery days, Priority Mail is 3 delivery days, and Express 1-2 delivery days. Delivery days do not include order processing time. When selecting Priority or Express Mail, please refer to the USPS website for delivery timelines, guarantees, and terms and conditions. Shipping costs are calculated based on size, weight and destination at checkout. All orders are shipped from our facilities based in Little Rock, Arkansas.
International Deliveries
International shipping methods include Ground Advantage, Priority and Express Mail via USPS and Global Post. Delivery times depend on the destination. Shipping costs are calculated based on size, weight and destination at checkout. All orders are shipped from our facilities based in Little Rock, Arkansas.
PLEASE NOTE: Estimated delivery time to Australia and Canada is approximately 9 days via First Class.

Can I track my order?
As soon as your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping notification via email. Once USPS picks up and scans your package you will begin to see activity on your tracking number. If your tracking number shows as "invalid" when you try to track it, it simply means it has not be scanned by USPS yet, but will be soon. International Packages can be tracked online with your tracking number on the Global Post web site.

Why does my tracking number appear as invalid?
We send shipping notifications to customers as soon as your package is prepared for shipment. If the package has not been scanned by USPS yet it will appear as invalid until they scan it. Once your package is scanned you can track your package accordingly.

My package shows delivered, but I have not received it
Be sure to check with all people living at your residence to ensure the package has not been misplaced. Verify that you gave us the correct shipping address. If you still do not have your package, please contact us with your Order Number and we will be happy to assist you further.

Can I change my shipping address?
As long as your order has not left our facility we are happy to change your shipping address for you. However, if you paid via PayPal we must ship to the address on file with PayPal for you to be covered by PayPal’s Buyers Protection. If your order has not been set to print, we can cancel and refund your order and you can place the order again via PayPal.

We assume no responsibility for shipping delays caused by delivery carriers or weather. However, if you have issues with delivery we are happy to help you resolve any issue that may arise. Simply contact us and let us know the details of the issue and we'll happily assist you.
