Welcome to Sticky Monkey Labels. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of stickymonkeylabels.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from Sticky Monkey Labels, LLC ("Sticky Monkey Labels," "we," "us," or "our"), a family-run business based in Little Rock, Arkansas. By browsing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order.

1. About Us

Sticky Monkey Labels has produced premium, waterproof, personalized name labels and stickers for school, daycare, camp, and home since 2011. Our labels feature original artwork — never clip-art — curated and run by our small, mom-and-son-run team.

2. Orders

  • Placing an order on the Site is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent, contain pricing or listing errors, or exceed available inventory.
  • You are responsible for reviewing your order — including names, spelling, sizing, and design selections — before submitting it, since most of our products are personalized specifically for you.
  • Order confirmations are sent by email. Please double-check the email address you enter at checkout for typos, and check your spam or promotions folder if you don't see it. If you still haven't received a confirmation, please contact us.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice; the price charged will be the price displayed at checkout.
  • Payment is due in full at the time of order. We use secure, third-party payment processing — we do not store your full payment card details.
  • Applicable sales tax is calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address.

4. Personalization & Custom Orders

Because most of our products are made to order and personalized with a child's name or chosen design, please review all product descriptions, sizing, and application instructions carefully before ordering. Contact us first if you have any questions — once production begins, personalized items cannot be changed or cancelled.

5. Shipping

Shipping rates, timeframes, and availability are detailed on our Shipping page. Shipping timeframes are estimates, not guarantees, and delays caused by carriers are outside our control.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Our Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of everything we make. If there's ever a defect or an error on our end, we'll make it right. Full return, exchange, and guarantee details — including timeframes and eligibility — are on our Returns & Guarantee page and Product Guarantee page.

7. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, graphics, logos, product photography, and text on this Site are owned by or licensed to Sticky Monkey Labels, LLC and are protected by copyright and trademark law ("Art, Not Clip-Art"). You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our designs or content without our prior written permission. All trademarks, including the Sticky Monkey Labels name and logo, are our property.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the Site's normal operation, access data not intended for you, or use automated means to scrape or reproduce Site content without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sticky Monkey Labels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased from us. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted to this page, so please check back periodically. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
