Returns & Exchanges
Within 30 days of purchase:
- Defective products or processing errors: Free replacement
- Non-personalized products: Eligible for exchange or store credit
- Personalized products: Final sale. Case-by-case exceptions are evaluated solely at our discretion and are limited to replacement or store credit only.
