If you are unhappy with a product, please notify us promptly within 30 days of purchase. Most issues can be resolved quite easily over the phone or via email.

We ask that you make sure you are aware of what you're ordering before you place your order. We provide a full product description with measurements and an instruction section on every product on our web site, as well as, written printed instructions included with every order. If you still have questions or concerns whether a product will work for your needs, simply contact us prior to placing your order.

If you've already received your order and your product is not working for some reason, #1 read the directions. If you're still having issues, just call or email us. We'll walk you through the application and usage instructions. Every product we sell is custom made to your specifications, so returns are limited and are handled on a case-by-case basis only.
