What labels are waterproof and dishwasher safe?Excluding iron-on’s, all of our labels are printed on waterproof material and are dishwasher safe. We recommend placing items with our labels affixed on the top rack of your dishwasher. Do not use bleach or detergents with bleach additives as this causes premature fading. Labels affixed to metal must be hand washed. No high temperature settings such as sterilize or pots and pans dishwashing cycles please.
What labels are best for clothing?
We offer two choices for clothing labels, iron-on labels and our Peel ‘n Stix Clothing Labels. Iron-on’s are permanent once applied with a household iron and can be applied to any iron safe fabrics. Peel ‘n Stix Clothing Labels are a semi-permanent, removable labeling solution for clothing, which withstand many, many washings and can be applied to garment care tags or tagless imprints on clothing.

What surfaces will labels adhere to?
Waterproof Labels will stick to glass, plastic, paper, metal, and other smooth surfaces. They are not intended to be stuck directly to fabric and do not stick to silicon.
Peel 'n Stix Clothing Labels must be applied to a garment care tag or to the largest portion of a tagless imprint inside clothing. They are not intended to be applied directly to fabric. Added bonus: Peel 'n Stix labels also stick to glass, plastic, paper, and metal. For clothing applications they are household washer and dryer safe. When applied to miscellaneous surfaces they are dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator safe.
Iron-On Labels can be applied with a household iron to any iron safe fabric. Household washer and dryer safe. Not dry clean durable or guaranteed against commercial grade washer and dryers.
Are labels removable?
Waterproof Labels are removable. Simply lift one corner of the label and slowly lift until the entire label is off. If the label has been applied for a long period of time or has been exposed to heat you may have a bit of adhesive left behind. To remove this adhesive you can use rubbing alcohol, vegetable oil or an adhesive remover such as Goo Gone®.
Peel 'n Stix Clothing Labels are removable. Simply lift one corner of the label and slowly lift until the entire label is off. If the label has been applied for a long period of time or has been exposed to heat you may have a bit of adhesive left behind. To remove this adhesive you can use rubbing alcohol.
Iron-On Labels are permanent and not removable once fully adhered properly.
Are your labels safe?
Our labels are made of non-hazardous materials. Because our labels are removable we recommend they be applied by an adult and children are supervised when using anything with a label applied.
Do you have labels suitable for both containers and clothing?
Our Peel 'n Stix Clothing Labels can be used on clothing and miscellaneous containers and items. Peel 'n Stix vary from our regular waterproof labels in that the adhesive backing is much stronger allowing them to stay affix to garment care tags and tagless imprints on clothing. Other than that, they are no different from our waterproof labels. So, use them in the dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator/freezer and more.
How do I care for my labels?

Write-On Labels can be placed in the dishwasher or hand washed. If the labels are written on with the semi-permanent marker, be sure to remove the marker writing with isoprophyl alcohol before heating in any manner or the ink will not be 100% removable.
Any and all labels once applied, please wait 24 hours to allow the adhesive to set before washing.
Can I heat and/or sanitize bottles with labels affixed?
Our labels are suited for temperatures between -60 ºF and 225 ºF.

NOTE: For Write-On Labels being heated at Daycare, we recommend placing the labels as close to the top of the container as possible since you may not be aware of the heating temperature.
Can I split my order with multiple names?
Yes, you can split order with multiple names as long as the labels are of the same design. For instance, you can order a Dinosaur Daycare Pack and enter 2 names when customizing your order "Johnny Adams, Charlie Adams" and we will split all the labels that come with the Daycare Pack as evenly as possible between the names entered.
How do I split my order with multiple names?
Because the "Name" field is limited to 25 characters you can't always fit all the names you need in that field. So, here are instructions on how to split and order with multiple names.
First, Select your font.
Second, Type "Split" in the "Name" field
Third, If needed enter the optional phone number or second line of text, which will appear on your labels
Fourth, In the 'Special Request" field type each name you want to split your order with, separating each name with a comma. Example: Johnny Adams, Charlie Adams.
We will split your order evenly between the names entered.
How do I split my order with multiple names and specific colors for each name?
You can order several of our designs that allow you color choices and specify a name for each color. For example, you can order a sheet of Small Round Labels in our Solid Design, which allows you to select 1 to 2 colors. You can then specify to use red for one name and blue for a second name.
First, Select your first label color

Fourth, Type "Split" in the "Name" field
Next, If needed enter the optional phone number or second line of text, which will appear on your labels
Last, In the 'Special Request" field type each name with the designated color, separating each name and color choice with a comma. Example: Blue - Johnny Adams, Red - Charlie Adams.
We split your order evenly between the names entered.
Can I order labels blank?
Yes, we can order any of our labels blank by simply typing "Blank" in the name field. If desired you can purchase our removable markers and pencils to use on the labels or use a permanent marker of your choice.
Can I add accent marks to my name?
Yes, we can accommodate common accent marks in names. Sometimes these marks can be hard to see, please leave special instructions noting the accent mark(s) in the Special Request box when ordering your labels.
Do you do custom designs?
Yes, we are happy to design something custom for you. Certain times of the year we are unable to design custom labels which typically runs from July through September. Any graphics utilized in your custom design, including logos, you must have proper permission to utilize.
Why are my iron-on's coming off?
If an iron-on is coming off after being applied this is typically due to improper adhesion to the fabric. This can happen due to the iron not getting hot enough, not enough pressure being applied during ironing, or not ironing long enough. If this happens and you did indeed set your iron to the cotton setting, no steam - Empty the iron of all water, set it to no steam, and set the thermostat to just above the cotton setting (not all thermostats on irons are the same). Be sure to apply pressure during ironing and iron on a firm surface following your enclosed application instruction ironing time. Once the iron-on cools, check the edges to ensure they are fully adhered. If not all edges are fully adhered, iron again until all edges are fully adhered.
Why are my Peel 'n Stix clothing labels not staying on my clothing?
Peel 'n Stix Clothing Labels must be applied to garment care tags or to the largest part of tagless imprints inside clothing, not directly to fabric. After applying the labels be sure to wait 24 hours before laundering.
If these steps were followed and your Peel 'n Stix Labels are still coming off, did you ensure your hands were clean, dry and free from lotions/oils prior to removing the label from the paper backing? Please try another label following these steps and you should have no further issues. However, if you do please contact us so we can assist you in troubleshooting the issue further.
Can I add to an order I just placed?
If your first order is still in the design phase, you are welcome to add to your order and combine shipping. Contact us immediately, to check the status of your order and we'll be happy to assist you.
Can I change my order?
We fulfill orders rather quickly. If you find something you need to change on an order that you have already placed, please contact us immediately to see if the change can be made. If the order is already in the production process changes may not be able to be made.
What is your turn around time on processing orders?
Every order is designed specifically for you with your design choices. We offer our customers many design choices allowing you to get the exact product you need and want. Orders are shipped within 2-5 business days after orders are placed. If you need a more definitive shipping time for an order, please contact us.
We work diligently to get all orders out promptly to all of our customers and orders are fulfilled on a first come first serve basis. Choosing a faster shipping method does not push your order to the front of line.

Does order processing time include shipping time?
Order processing time is the time it takes us to design, print and prepare your order for shipment, therefore order processing time is separate from shipping time.
Can I rush my order?
Sorry, but we do not offer rush order fulfillment. We believe in fairness to all of our customers and we fulfill all orders on a first come first serve basis. No matter the shipping method selected all orders are processed in the order received.
Can I cancel my order?
We cannot always honor order cancellation requests. We strive to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible to ensure that you have your products quickly. If work has begun on your order, it can not be cancelled. Please contact us to check the status of your order if a cancellation is needed.
There's an error on my order I just received
If we made an error on your order we are more than happy to correct it. Simply contact us with full details of the error and we will correct it promptly.
The color I selected does not look the same as it did onscreen
We can not guarantee colors are going to match 100% due to your specific monitor settings. If you are unhappy with the color because it does not look the same onscreen as it does now that you received your product, please note that every monitor has settings that users can modify and that can have different factory settings. However, if we made a mistake in designing your order with the wrong color(s) we are happy to correct that mistake.
What U.S. shipping methods do you offer?
United States Deliveries
We ship all orders by the United States Postal Service (USPS). We ship First Class, Priority and Express. Estimated delivery times for orders shipping within the U.S. according to USPS for Priority Mail is 3 delivery days and Express 1-2 delivery days. Delivery days do not include order processing time. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination at checkout. All orders are shipped from our facilities based in Little Rock, Arkansas.
What International shipping methods do you offer?
International shipping methods include First Class, Priority and Express Mail via USPS / Global Post. Delivery times depend on the destination. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination at checkout. All orders are shipped from our facilities based in Little Rock, Arkansas.
PLEASE NOTE: Estimated delivery time to Australia and Canada is approximately 9 days via First Class.
Can I track my order?
As soon as your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping notification via email. Once USPS picks up and scans your package you will begin to see activity on your tracking number. If your tracking number shows as "invalid" when you try to track it, it simply means it has not be scanned by USPS yet, but will be soon. International Packages can be tracked online with your tracking number on the Global Post web site.
Why does my tracking number appear as invalid?
We send shipping notifications to customers as soon as your package is prepared for shipment. If the package has not been scanned by USPS yet it will appear as invalid until they scan it. Once your package is scanned you can track your package accordingly.
My package shows delivered, but I have not received it
Be sure to check with all people living at your residence to ensure the package has not been misplaced. Verify that you gave us the correct shipping address. If you still do not have your package, please contact us with your Order Number and we will be happy to assist you further.
Can I change my shipping address?
As long as your order has not left our facility we are happy to change your shipping address for you. However, if you paid via PayPal we must ship to the address on file with PayPal for you to be covered by PayPal’s Buyers Protection. If your order has not been set to print, we can cancel and refund your order and you can place the order again via PayPal.

Can I place an order by phone?
Yes, simply call us within or normal business hours and we will be happy to assist you with your order by phone.
My card was declined by should have been approved?
Typically when a card is declined for payment it is because something you entered in the billing section of checkout did not match what your card issuer has on file for you. Double check your card/account and ensure that all information entered in the billing section matches exactly. This includes your name (with or without initials or special symbols, such as hyphens), billing address. and of course your card number. Your shipping information can vary, but your billing information much match exactly. This is for your protection.
My card was declined, but the charge(s) are still appearing on my account?
If you made more than one attempt to place an order and the transaction was declined, but the charge is appearing on your bank/card account this is termed a "pending charge". This charge will not be approved and will fall off of your account within 1-3 business days depending on your bank.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is only charged for orders shipping to or within the state of Arkansas.

What is your return policy?
If you are unhappy with a product, please notify us promptly within 30 days of purchase. Most issues can be resolved quite easily over the phone or via email.
We ask that you make sure you are aware of what you're ordering before you place your order. We provide a full product description with measurements and an instruction section on every product on our web site, as well as, written printed instructions included with every order.
